Morrison Plantation is a planned community in Mooresville, North Carolina. We are located between exits 33 and 36 off interstate I-77. Exit 35 off Brawley School Road is expected to be completed summer 2013. This makes Morrison Plantation a convenient and centrally located neighborhood.

Within walking distance to Lowe’s YMCA, along with Hope Park , that comes with a water park for younger children. We have a nature walking trail, two playgrounds, a junior Olympic sized swimming pool with a beautiful Clubhouse, tennis courts, soccer field and basketball hoops.
