DeAnn was raised in the real estate industry. Her father was a prominent general and commercial contractor. Through her father’s construction business and sales experience she gained and in-depth knowledge of the profession. Shortly after college she began investing in Real Estate. DeAnn and her husband have built and sold spec homes and have maintained a portfolio of income generating properties. After personally building, purchasing and selling property for many years, she decided to turn a passion into a professional real estate career. In 2007 DeAnn began her journey as a Real Estate Broker for The Allen Tate Company where she became a top producer within the first few months in an extremely challenging market. DeAnn was awarded the Five Star Professional in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 and 2016. She is a Board Member for The National High School Rodeo Association and she is a former Board Member of Barium Springs Home For Children now Children’s Hope Alliance and has been involved with many philanthropic organizations over the years.
DeAnn resides in Mooresville, NC with her husband and two children. She moved from the Midwest to Charlotte in 1987 and then to Lake Norman in 1988. DeAnn studied Public Relations and graduated from Patricia Stevens Career College and Finishing School. She has owned and operated several businesses in the area and continues to use her skills and expertise in the Real Estate Market.
